Our service can be structured around fixed security posts, entrance monitoring, interior and exterior patrols, parking areas, perimeter checks and other responsibilities identified during the site assessment. Armed officers are expected to maintain a calm and professional presence, follow written post orders, observe and report suspicious activity, communicate with management and request law-enforcement or emergency assistance when circumstances require it. The role of security is prevention, deterrence, observation, reporting and responsible response within the officer’s authority and the client’s procedures. Fire watch assignments can be arranged for commercial buildings, apartment communities, warehouses, construction sites, offices, hospitality properties and other facilities, subject to the requirements of the property and local authority. Personnel can conduct scheduled rounds, observe designated areas for visible signs of smoke, fire or unsafe conditions, maintain patrol documentation and follow the emergency notification procedures provided by the client. The exact patrol frequency, documentation and responsibilities should be based on the property’s fire-safety plan and any instructions from the authority having jurisdiction. Our company can work with property management to establish clear post orders before the assignment begins.
